While we strive to deliver the highest standards of service, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Clients are encouraged to follow all recommended aftercare instructions to help maintain their results.

7. Satisfaction and Service Adjustments

Client satisfaction is important to us. If you believe there is an issue with a service received, please contact us within three (3) days of your appointment.

The GlamSquad may assess the concern and, where appropriate, offer a corrective service or adjustment at its discretion.

Requests for changes based on a change of preference, desired style, or personal taste after the service has been completed may be treated as a new service and may incur additional charges.

8. Refund Policy

Services rendered are generally non-refundable.

Refunds, credits, or service adjustments may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of The GlamSquad.

Retail product returns may be subject to separate policies communicated at the time of purchase.

9. Photography and Social Media

10. Patch Testing and Chemical Services

Clients are responsible for disclosing any known allergies, sensitivities, previous reactions, medical conditions, medications, or recent treatments that may affect service suitability.

The GlamSquad reserves the right to refuse or postpone a service if a patch test has not been completed where required or if there are concerns regarding client safety.

While every precaution is taken, clients acknowledge that allergic reactions and sensitivities can occur despite prior testing and consultation.

11. Children and Accompanying Guests

To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all clients, we request that children and accompanying guests be supervised at all times while on the premises.

For safety reasons, children should not be left unattended in service areas.

The GlamSquad reserves the right to limit the number of accompanying guests during appointments where space, safety, or service quality may be affected.

12. Gift Cards, Packages and Promotions

Gift cards, promotional offers, packages, memberships, vouchers, and promotional credits may be subject to specific terms, validity periods, usage restrictions, and exclusions.

Such offers cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting the salon.
